| Am I able to make a claim? |

If you have been injured in an accident within the last 3 years that was not your fault you may be able to make a claim for compensation.

| What sort of injuries can I claim for? |

Any injuries, however minor for which the value of the claim is in excess of £1,000, including injuries such as cuts, bruises, breaks and soft tissue injuries.

| How long does a claim take to settle? |
 |

Every case is different, however straight forward cases often take between 6-12 months. Larger, more complex cases are likely to take longer. Our panel of solicitors strive to settle your case as efficiently and quickly as possible.

| How much compensation can I expect to receive? |
 |
All cases are different. There are often two sets of damages;-
1. Special damages which include claims for loss of earnings, travel expenses, damage to clothing and prescription charges.
2. General damages which cover pain and suffering. |

| Will I have to go to court?

This is unlikely as very few cases proceed to court as the vast majority of cases settle at an early stage.

| Do I need to meet you or your panel of solicitors? |

Usually cases can be dealt with via post, telephone and e-mail on a confidential basis and at times to suit yourself.

| Do I have to pay any legal fees? |
 |
|
No. Our panel of solicitors will enter an Agreement with you which may include an insurance policy to protect you against any costs. This means that if you win or lose your case you will not pay any legal fees and that if you are successful you keep 100% of your compensation.
